We want you to love your OwlMBee™ purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in the original condition
In its original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items not due to our error
Custom-made or personalized products
Items returned after 30 days from delivery

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. Return instructions and shipping address will be provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to damage or an incorrect item.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
